This Privacy Policy describes how Float House Holdings, Inc, including its brands and subsidiaries Floatech and CannaCup ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit floatech.xyz or otherwise interact with us. Floatech and CannaCup are brands of Float House Holdings, Inc, a Connecticut company. Capitalized terms not defined in this policy have the meanings set out in our Terms of Service.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.

Information you provide directly

When you submit the signup form on floatech.xyz, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• The segment you selected (Venues & Festivals, Operators & Licensing, Investors, or Consumer Interest)
• For Venues & Festivals: your state and the name of the venue, festival, or event
• For Operators & Licensing: your state, whether you are a manufacturer, and your licensing details
• For Investors: your firm or organization, investor type, and any notes you choose to share
• For Consumer Interest: any thoughts or comments you choose to share

We also collect any information you provide if you email us directly.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit floatech.xyz, we may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit. We may use cookies or similar tracking technologies for analytics and site performance. See the Cookies section below for more.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you the welcome email and follow-up communications you signed up for
• Reach out about CannaCup partnerships, licensing, investor materials, or launch updates appropriate to the segment you selected

How We Share Your Information

We share information about you only as follows:

• Service providers. We use Klaviyo to send marketing emails and manage subscriber lists. We use Netlify to host floatech.xyz. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
• Affiliates. We may share information among Float House Holdings, Inc and its brands and subsidiaries, including Floatech, CannaCup, and Float House, to coordinate communications and operations.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, in response to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your consent. We may share information at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you submit the signup form, you consent to receive marketing emails from us via Klaviyo. You may continue to receive transactional or operational messages until any pending requests are completed.

Children

floatech.xyz is intended for adults age 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at hello@floatech.xyz and we will delete it.
